I have set-up and enhanced numerous Learning & Development functions for organisations, and have many years experience in the design and delivery of successful people development programmes. I am degree educated with diplomas in Executive Coaching, Learning & Development, and Core HR Management; and qualified in BPS Level A & B Occupational Testing and profiling tools. Finally, I’m a NLP Practitioner and a member of CIPD and BILD.
